Service Description

When you book a one-hour Usui Reiki session at Harmony & Balance, you can expect a deeply relaxing and transformative experience. Your session will begin by setting a personal intention, creating a focused and meaningful foundation for your healing journey. The serene environment, enhanced with soothing incense, invites you to lay comfortably on a massage table with an eye pillow, helping you to disconnect from external distractions and tune into your inner voice. Gerri will initiate the session by invoking a white light of protection, calling upon the Holy Trinity, Archangels, and guardian angels to be present and guide the healing process. She will start at your head, connecting with your energy and gradually moving her hands over your body down to your feet. Through gentle touch on your head, forehead, shoulders, and knees, she channels healing energy to promote balance and well-being. The session will conclude with three deep, grounding breaths, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and aligned. At Harmony & Balance, each Reiki session is a sacred space for healing and self-discovery, tailored to support your holistic wellness journey.
